SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: 
On or about January 21, 2017 ("Drawing Date"), Sponsor or its designee will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email, phone and/or mail within approximately one (1) week of the Drawing Date. If after a reasonable number of attempts during a calendar day (as determined by Sponsor or Administrator in its sole discretion) contact is not made with potential winner, prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected. The potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of publicity/liability ("Affidavit") within the time period specified by Sponsor or Administrator in the letter accompanying the Affidavit ("Prize Letter") or prize will be forfeited. If mail is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, then prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner selected at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize will be awarded upon Sponsor's receipt of Affidavit (if applicable), and verification of potential prize winner's eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

PRIZE:
One (1) potential winner will receive: a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Super Bowl LI, taking place on or around February 5, 2017, in Houston, TX, including 2 tickets to the game, 3 nights' hotel , round trip air transportation from a major airport in in the 48 contiguous United States, 2 tickets to the NFL Experience, and $500 (awarded as a check). Approximate Retail Value: $7,000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner must be able to travel on February 5, 2017, in order to collect the prize. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prize is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if the prize or any portion of the prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Actual retail value of prize or prize components may differ from stated ARV and Sponsor will not award any difference between actual value and ARV. Actual prize may differ from any promotional images. Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
All details related to the prize, including travel details such as, but not limited to, dates of departure and return, and departure and destination airports, will be within the sole discretion of Sponsor and are subject to availability. Travel arrangements are subject to restrictions and blackout dates. Prize will be forfeited if winner is unable to travel during designated time period. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including a valid passport and any requirements imposed by the air carriers. Winner must comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. Room taxes and other hotel fees may not be included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner or guest. Prize value may vary depending upon departure date/time and airport of origin. Incidentals, gratuities, phone calls, luggage fees, travel insurance, seating upgrades, airport and travel taxes, and any and all other expenses not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Houston, Texas . If, for any reason, any component of the prize is postponed, canceled or unavailable, the prize trip will be awarded without the postponed, canceled or unavailable component on the same itinerary and no additional/substitute compensation will be provided. Sponsor is not responsible for issues arising from venue operation and management. Prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary as specified by Sponsor. Winner's guest must be at least 18 years of age of older unless the winner is the parent or legal guardian of the guest. Sponsor reserves the right to verify guest's eligibility for travel under these Rules. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. The guest, or the guest's parent or legal guardian if a minor (i.e., the winner), must sign a Liability and Publicity Release in order to travel with the winner. Failure to return the guest’s Release within the time required by Sponsor may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result of forfeiture of entire prize package. A minor must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian at all times during the Grand Prize trip (including, but not limited to, during air transportation, hotel stay and all events). If the Grand Prize winner is the age of majority in his/her state of residence but is under twenty-one (21) years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older. In the event the winner or guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that may annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest home with no further compensation. The restrictions and conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions and conditions, which may be stated in any correspondence with Sponsor or other travel documents.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating, you accept and agree to abide by the Official Rules and all decisions of Sponsor and its judging and administration organizations, which are final and legally binding in all respects and warrant that you are eligible to participate. No substitution or transfer to a third party of all or any part of the prize is permitted. If, for any reason, the prize cannot be awarded or winner is not capable of redeeming the prize, Sponsor is not obligated to award it and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, whether or not to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value or cash value. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any, on prize and any expenses not specifically awarded in the Official Rules. Non-compliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. You are not the winner unless and until (A) your entry is received by Sponsor's or its representatives, (B) you have fully complied with the Official Rules and (C) all verification and award processes have been completed. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or voice, for purposes of advertising and promotion in any medium now known or hereinafter developed, without further compensation, except as prohibited by law.
